Bogota’s most ambitious bet to qualify and optimize the processes of articulation with allies interested in contributing to the education of the city. As a baseline of SACE and with the aim of acknowledging the efforts made for several years, a profiling exercise was carried out to characterize the historical alliances and historical alliances and cooperation of the Secretariat of Education – SED between 2017 and 2021 in order to identify the strengthening of these collaborative work processes and to continue joining efforts around the city’s education system.
The document is organized in four sections: (i) The presentation of SACE background, where the most valuable results of cooperation and partnerships in the SED so far are characterized and detailed; (ii) The exposition of the strategic vision of SED partnerships and cooperation, from the socialization of the aims and main guiding principles of these processes in the entity; iii) The detailed presentation of the SACE strategy, where the reasons that make it a relevant system for the entity and for the city will be explained; and finally, iv) Some general guidelines on the perspectives of cooperation in the education sector, from the point of view of our allies.
